This information — together with anything you send us directly by e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or LINE — is processed solely to answer your enquiry, evaluate your project and, where relevant, communicate with you as a prospective client. It is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request, and is never sold or passed on to third parties for their own purposes. The form itself is processed by our technical provider, Formspree, Inc. (United States), which routes messages to our mailbox and does not use your data for any other purpose. Because Atare LLC operates internationally (United States, France, Thailand), your data may be transferred outside the European Union; we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with the principles described in this policy.

At Atare, confidentiality is not an option, it is a commitment. Every client file is handled with the same discretion we would apply to a professional confidentiality obligation: no information is shared, and no file is accessible outside our organisation. When we identify an opportunity for two clients to work together, we never reveal their identity to one another without prior written and mutual agreement — we only present the activity and the opportunity, never the name.
It is for that same reason that our site does not mention any client company name, and that our testimonials show first names only: many of our clients prefer not to make their work with an outside consultant public, and we scrupulously respect that choice. It would be commercially easier for us to display named references — we make the opposite choice, protecting our clients before promoting ourselves.
